Designed specifically for models, this stylish and contemporary 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home offers the perfect environment to relax and recharge between castings and shoots. The open-concept living area features a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for meal prep or unwinding after a busy day. Enjoy the chic decor and natural light that fills the space.

Our home provides all the comforts needed for a productive and restful stay, including a washer and dryer, making it easy to keep your wardrobe fresh. With backyard access, you can also enjoy a private outdoor space, perfect for relaxing or working out in the open air.

do I need a deposit?
for stays over 1 month, 50% security deposit is required. stays longer than 1 month 100% security deposit is required.
on our online store, you can also purchase apartment insurance for $30 covers up to $1500, this feature is applicable for stays under $1500.
will agency contacts be on site?
yes, our on site manager or housekeeping will be on site
is there a credit check?
no
is a booking deposit required?
20% nonrefundable deposit will be required upon booking confirmation. this amount goes towards the cost of your stay and is not an additional cost.
are the shared rooms bunk beds?
no. there are no bunk beds in the house.
can we bring friends?
unfortunately not at this time, this option is only for working models approved through our agency

HOUSE RULES
- Curfew on nights before bookings: 10pm
- No Smoking of ANY KIND in the unit (inside and on the balcony) .
  • No Shoes inside the property.
  • No Extra/ Overnight Guests
  • No Moving / Rearranging of the furniture. (unless otherwise specified)
  • The Guest agrees to allow our maintenance and cleaning staff to enter the property during their stay to address any issues. We will provide ample notice in advance to minimize any inconvenience.
Models currently working with Collective Casting have the option to use their booking earnings to cover their rent. Rent payments will be automatically deducted from their booking proceeds.
Our model house concept was established to provide professional models with a safe and supportive environment. It’s a space where they can connect with other models and like-minded individuals, fostering both personal and professional growth.
Setting us apart, we offer affordable rates that provide the comfort of a quality stay at a fraction of the cost of hotels. Additionally, our model houses include housekeeping services, ensuring a superior experience.
