Collective Casting, founded by Ariona Beninato, established this model housing space in response to a growing need we observed among models and talent for safe, reliable housing options. We saw firsthand the demand for accommodations that not only provide comfort and convenience but also foster a supportive environment for professionals in the industry. This housing space was created to be a dependable and welcoming option for models, allowing them to focus on their work and well-being without concerns about their living situation.

As a company, Collective Casting prioritizes the representation of Black models and people of color, striving to create inclusive, diverse spaces on set and beyond. Our mission is to connect quality talent to meaningful opportunities, supporting models and creatives with the resources they need to thrive. By addressing these needs, we aim to set a new standard for model housing that respects both the personal and professional journeys of today’s talent.
